Back in practice in California

Hello friends,

I am back in the Bay area, California. I decided to try to settle down for a while, so I have restarted my practice. I have an office in Temescal (51st and Telegraph)

It’s good to be home. Yes… even though I was not born here, This feels like home to me. I tried my luck in Chile and Costa Rica, but California is where I feel comfortable.

Hello Friends,

I hope you are well and had a chance to enjoy summer.

I am about to finish my 3rd contract at sea, onboard Ms Rotterdam (Holland America). I started in USA and we crossed the Atlantic. Then we explored Ireland and England. Later we sailed to the Baltic sea where we stayed for 4 months. Now we are visiting the Mediterranean sea and soon we will be in the Black sea.

My favorite ports in the Baltic sea are Stockholm, Flam, Bergen, Helsinki and Warnemunde. As for the Mediterranean sea, I love Barcelona, the French Riviera and Portofino. I am looking forward to seeing Santorini.

In my travels I have found nettles and yarrow everywhere.

Once I finish my contract November 18th, I will go back to California. Sailing and traveling for 3 years has been wonderful. I feel the need to be on land for a while, see my friends and loved ones and work in my garden.

Back in Costa Rica

I am back in beautiful Costa Rica. I will be staying here until May 09. After that I start my 3rd contract at sea. I will be working aboard the Rotterdam until the end of the year. We will be cruising the Baltic sea until September. After that we will cruise the Mediterranean sea.

Sailing to Hawaii

My time in Alaska is coming to an end. This is one gorgeous land. I am so glad to have had the chance to explore it for 5 months.

Now I am really looking forward to see another amazing place: Hawaii.

I will be back in the US October 26th for 20 days. I’ll be staying in Southern California visiting a dear friend and attending a Symposium. After that I will be heading to Chile.

Beautiful Alaska

Alaska’s beauty is white, blue and green. I love seeing whales, dolphins, porpoises sea lions, sea otters and birds. The glaciers are stunning.

I go hiking in the mountains and chew horsetail shoots. There are a lot of horsetail around as well as yarrow. I like to explore the beautiful lakes, rivers and waterfalls.

Working and cruising in Alaska and Canada

Vacationing in Costa Rica

I have been in Costa Rica for close to 3 months right now and I love the vast spaces, green forests, abundance of water and wildlife. The Ticos (Costa Ricans) are warm and friendly.

Costa Rica

I have been in Costa Rica the last few days, preparing to attend Youkta’s memorial in Montezuma. She was my dance teacher in the 90′s. I am staying with beloved friends and we are feeling really peaceful and content.
I am not working right now, so I am fully taking in the lush beauty of this place. My body is full of mangos, guanabanas, papayas and coconuts. I am drinking the tea of the local Pao D’Arco which is quite medicinal.
Costa Rica is very interested in nature conservation and there are lots of animals around, such as monkeys, sloths, birds, butterflies, whales etc.
I will be staying there until April.

visiting San Francisco

hello friends,
I will be visiting San Francisco, California from January 28th until February 10th. I am looking forward to visit with loved ones.
I have been working with this great tree bark called Chuchuhuasa. This tree is native from Venezuela and Colombia. I am getting great results treating stubborn pain. It seems to reduce inflammation, prevent hematomas, move stagnant blood and reduce pain.
Venezuela is into Aloe Vera, so I am applying gallons on my body. I also found this red algae that is divine for the skin. Coconut is another amazing gift from the tropics and I use it internally as well as externally.
This trip has been very healing for me.

After my visit to the San Francisco Bay Area, i will be vacationing in Costa Rica for 2 months with friends.
My next contract starts april 19th aboard the Serenade(Royal Caribbean). We will go to Puerto Rico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, USA, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. I am really looking forward to working on this beautiful ship.

Caribbean Islands

hello friends,
I enjoyed spending 4 months in Europe and Middle East, working, visiting the different ports and learning about their culture, arts and arquitecture.
Now the ship is cruising the Caribbean islands. It’s really great to swim and snorkel here.
The food is tasty, cooked with coconut and spices.
I will be staying in the Caribbean islands until January 27th, so if you are around here, let me know and we can go for a swim
